Anđela holds a Master’s degree in Biology, completed in the module of Experimental
Physiology of Humans and Animals at the Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade, where she
also obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Biology. After volunteering with the Muscle Cellular and Molecular Biology, she decided to pursue a Ph.D. within the same group, focusing on the role of the ankrd1a gene in muscle injury response, repair, and regeneration. Currently, Anđela is an active participant in the ZEBARR project, collaborating with dedicated team members to address the project’s research questions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends in nature, listening to music, drawing, and reading.
